I am pleased to announce that I have joined the following insurance panels as an In-Network provider - Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare. 

If you are a member of one of these plans the out-of-pocket cost of care will be minimal because you will only be responsible for your co-pay amount at the time of each session. 

If your plan is not listed here, I recommend that you check your benefits card to see if you have Out-of-Network benefits.  If so, you can get reimbursed directly from your insurance plan to offset the cost of care.

As the economy is causing everyone to manage every expense more carefully, being able to apply your health insurance to cover the cost of counseling helps a great deal.  It offers the financial support many people want so they can get the care they need.
